T &T is one of my favorites place for Roti and curry, doubles. Only problem is very Slow service, but family operated business, as far as I know I am going there 17 years so they are serving in Ajax Caribbean food for that long.

I love this place, and make a point to eat here once or twice a month! I would likely attend more frequently if it wasn't a 30 min drive from home. Everything I have had here has been delicious!

Good spot for doubles- the chicken curry could be a bit more flavorful is my 2 cents though

First came here in 2017 and here is the only place I will ever eat/buy doubles/ roti from.. lots of veggie options, food is fresh so you will be waiting for a lil but it's worth it.

I got the doubles from here, and ordered it with pepper and tamarind. It was really good, and yeah I would go back again (but I still think Drupati‘s in Ajax serves the best!) The place has a lunch time rush, so I’m excited to see how their other food items taste.

Whenever I'm in town I come here to get a lot of doubles to take back. She's fast and always answers any questions I have clearly. You can tell it's good when it's always busy in there.

Atmosphere: 1st time customer--- upon walking in, it felt like the typical hole-in-the-wall spot. It was nice to see some photos of T&T on the walls, but the setting lacked ambiance. Not even some soca music to keep us entertained as we dined in. There was also a big fly that greeted us upon entry , which I brought to the cashier's attention. She was unbothered by it, and I guess it eventually disappeared to the back area of the restaurant. Service: The cashier/server seems to lack understanding of service with a smile and knowledge of items. We had to ask her too many times what the cost of the Sunday special was--- this info NEEDS to be better advertised on the board. Even the cashier seemed confused by that lack of written info. She is def not Trini and is undertrained. It was eventually evident by how she dressed my aloo pie. As a matter of fact, it made me cringe that she went from the cash till to a cooler box on the side to get my aloo pie. Why isn't this housed in a kitchen, in warmers, or handled by kitchen staff? Food: That BBQ chicken combo was pretty good! Rice was full of favor, a bit much salt tho but overall, a good combo, just pricey (roughly $23 after tax). The chicken was tender, and the sauce was tasty. The potato salad had egg in it (risky), but it paired well with the flavors of the rice. At least it wasn't a long wait for food. Unfortunately, my aloo pie was barely lukewarm and lacked sauces. The filling was a bit salty but had good texture. Overall, I would try their food again but won't want to dine in.

Tried this place for the first time. The service was fast and courteous. I grew up in Scarborough so I know alot of Trini places and doubles. This is very comparable. The doubles were were great. Only thing is they are not halal. I asked and they said yes but couldn't show me a halal certificate or tell me where the halal meat comes from. Stick to vege stuff if halal matters.
